What API rate limits apply?

TrustFair limits API calls per API key and time window to keep the platform stable. Typical response when exceeded: HTTP 429 with Retry-After.

  • Cache frequently read company/review data
  • Batch queries instead of many single requests
  • Prefer webhooks (when available) over polling

Current numbers and burst limits are in the API docs / vendor dashboard under API access. Contact support for sustained higher needs.
